The MADHOUSE

The MADhouse was a long-term vision that became a possibility when a suitable space opened up at the top of the hill. As our company grows, we wanted to provide a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our employees to relax during breaks. Our previous breakrooms were outdated and small, but this new setting can comfortably accommodate all employees together.

Originally built as the retail location for MWP Supply, now known as Cardinal Home Center, the building has served various purposes over the years, most recently as a gym and tanning business. With the building vacant, it was the perfect opportunity to create our employee center. Madison Wood is fortunate to have involved owners who value company culture and are willing to reinvest in our facility, equipment, and team.

The MadHouse offers several amenities, including two 65-inch flat-screen TVs equipped with Xbox consoles and Game Pass for employees to enjoy video games or watch TV during their breaks. Additionally, there are two computer stations with printers and WiFi for bill payment or general use, a spacious kitchen with two commercial refrigerators/freezers, six microwaves, and a double oven. The center also features new ADA-accessible bathrooms, comfortable couches, stationary seating for 80, and additional seating for up to 150. There are four vending machines, one of which serves free coffee. There are also outdoor power hookups for food trucks, and an outdoor grill.

ABC License and Special Event Insurance required for events that allow alcohol. Renting available on weekends only, one booking per weekend. Employees get 50% off of the hourly rental fee. Food Truck power hookup available. $200 Cleaning Fee: The Madhouse serves as our employee center M-F. The cleaning fee covers an initial cleaning prior to your event along with a deep cleaning after your event. The Madhouse does not have a stereo/speaker system. Cooking and food prep not permitted. Double ovens and microwaves allow for reheating food only.
